Agile as a practice is commonly applied by software companies to improve the collaborative process as well as responsiveness in technology product development. This was driven by the highly complex and constantly changing environment in which software products are developed. Because of this, HR in innovation-reliant organisations naturally move toward Agile practices. As a result, there are numerous case studies demonstrating how the most innovative companies in the world have adopted Agile HR.
This workshop will attempt to take a practical look at Agile HR so that you can better understand what it tries to achieve as well as how to implement it within your organisation. We begin with an overview of what Agile is and why it became a favorite method for running software companies. We then build upon this to show why and how it can be applied at both the small and large scale for HR organisations. If you ever wanted to try to implement Agile practices to your HR organisation no matter the scale or your level, this session will give you some ideas to take back!
